Return and Refund Policy

At Approachable Apparel, every piece is created with intention. We want you to feel confident in what you purchase, and we aim to keep our policies clear, fair, and human.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, we can only accept returns or offer replacements in the case of:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items with manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received 

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hi@approachableapparel.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We’ll take care of the rest and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Made-to-Order Items (Important)

Each piece is custom created just for you.
For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color preference

  • Change of mind

Thank you for understanding — and for supporting intentional, small-batch production.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will:

  1. Process a replacement at no cost or

  2. Issue a refund back to your original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: In most cases, you will not need to return the item, as defective or incorrect merchandise is handled through our production partner’s remake process.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed — but we’ll always do our best to help if you reach out quickly.
